It is located in the southeastern part of San Francisco, California. The neighborhood is bordered by Diamond Heights to the north, Glen Park to the east, Cole Valley to the south, and Castro to the west. It has a population of about 20,000 people. The neighborhood is known for its quiet streets and beautiful houses. The quality of life in Noe Valley is great.

It is incredibly close to City College and San Francisco State, as well as has tons of great restaurants, grocery stores, and cafes. The neighborhood is within walking distance to everything; hospitals, parks, and the Caltrain station. There are tons of great restaurants for residents to experience on a regular basis. Groceries in Noe Valley are much cheaper than in other, more pricey, locations in San Francisco. Compared to other neighborhoods in San Francisco, there is a higher percentage of families in Noe Valley and a fairly low number of bars and nightclubs.
