Terravita is a neighborhood in Scottsdale, Arizona. It has an area of 2.8 square miles and a population of 6,000 residents. The community was developed by Scottsdale Land Company in the 1990s. The name Terravita was inspired by the Spanish word for Earth and fire. It is located near the main road of Frank Lloyd Wright Boulevard, which runs north-south and connects with Pima Road to the east and McDowell Road to the west.
