Which California City Has the Hottest Real Estate Market This Week?

Each week we're looking for a California real estate market that's heating upppp - and this week's one might actually surprise you!

Wondering what the hottest real estate market of the week in California is?

This weeks’ hottest market, Foster City, thinks competition is for losers, just like it’s most famous middle school student, Peter Thiel.

Sales are up 67% for the week, but down 18% vs. last month.

Average days on market has plummeted to just 19 days in the past week, compared to 26 days last month and 30 days last year.

The median sale price this week of $1.54 million is below the peak of $1.80 million in May 2020, as demand has migrated to lower cost areas along with the trend in increased work from home flexibility.

Popular home searches include upgraded kitchen and open floor plan.
